Older & Lundy, Attorneys at Law was founded in Tampa, Florida by attorneys Benjamin C. Older and Michael L. Lundy. Effective April 30, 2010, Gary Weisman was named a partner. On January 1, 2009, Jessica M. Felix was also named a partner of the firm.
